The CRMFLOW Publishing System not only allows you to store all your contacts and events relating to cooperation with customers and partners, but also to automate key business processes and manage the publishing process from the initial research, pricing, procurement and revision process right through to contact with authors and billing.

This system was designed on our in-house CRM (Customer Relationship Management) engine which is easily extendable via new modules during the company's development.

The CRMFLOW System is accessed via a web browser. Its functionality consists of a "Publisher's Panel", which supports internal company processes and an "Author's Portal" which enables direct contact with the publishing house.
